1/18/22: I feel the need to update my review from a year ago to let others know that Reid does not return phone calls, even after leaving several messages. His voicemail is usually full and won't allow a message to be left, but in the very rare chance that you are able to leave a message, your call is not returned. I would recommend not even trying- just call someone else from the start. I had several jobs for him and recommended him to many people, all of who could not get a response to schedule. Set appointment was told early am didn’t show up till noon. Was told on the phone they couldn’t give me an estimate or hourly rates. When he the tech arrived he told me it would be $ 543 to replace a bathtub faucet would take less than an hour. I told him that was crazy then he showed me a paper that had all the rates for different types of work. They could have told me on the phone. DONT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. They lied and told mbe they could not rod my pipes, but charged me anyway. Another plumber came and fixed the problem by rodding my drains.
