They did a fantastic job on my 2025 Lexus! I drove 45 minutes each way to them because of their great reviews because I trusted them and I was right to do so. The repairs look seamless. They were there every step of the way to help me navigate my first confusing insurance process after someone rear ended me. Super friendly and even detailed my car and cleaned the interior which I was not expecting! I had a great experience working with RP Paint Studios. Nancy helped me from the very beginning and they were accommodating in scheduling me for an appointment to drop off my vehicle. She would also call and give me updates which was nice. They were also great with communicating with my insurance and making sure my vehicle got the parts it needed. I got my car sooner than expected which was a plus and they even detailed my car ! I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs and if needed I would be back in the future.Â
We took our 2017 Lexus in for repair of scratches in the left-hand passenger door. Nancy patiently and clearly explained the step-by-step procedure of what would need to be done to repair and paint the door. I had no idea it was so involved and had a greater appreciation for their work. When completed, Rudy brought the car up and confirmed what was done and answered our questions.
