Ryan is amazing! At no fault of his our car had some issues and Ryan helped us get the car to Dean Team since we live over an hour away and he facilitated communication between us, Dean Team and our warranty company. He advocated for us and after almost a month we have our car back in working order and it was paid for by the warranty company. Looping back to leave a review here. I bought a 2017 GTI from Ryan. This was 2 years ago but I remember having trouble at all dealerships and then working with RP being a breath of fresh air. Ryan worked with me on shipping delays to get the car in my hands as quick as possible & it’s been the greatest car over the past two years. Including multiple cross country trips🤝🤝
RP motors was fantastic, start to finish. Ryan was incredibly timely with communication, set realistic expectations around pricing for our vehicle that we were looking to sell, and took care of all of the logistics for us. Dealership experiences can often be overwhelming so it was great to partner with a local business who was transparent, kind, and thorough. We had total peace of mind in the process and I’d absolutely recommend anyone looking to sell their vehicle or purchase a used vehicle. Great experience. Thanks again!
Ryan was awesome and made the whole process of buying a Volkswagen atlas stress free and quick. He was knowledgeable on every car we looked at and was extremely transparent with that he was selling. If you hate the typical car sales experience, go so Ryan and you won’t regret it.
