Horrible customer service. Would never recommend working with them. Have a mortgage with them for over 9 years. Have been on autopsy for every month. I had to make a change with bank accounts, so I called to cancel autopay temporarily . I sent a check. They processed it incorrectly and sent me a notice. I called back they apologized and fixed it. Loan servicer doesn't allow auto drafting for bi-weekly or any other flexible payment options helping you to shorten the life of your loan. It is criminal in my opinion.
RP Funding sold our loan to another entity last year and didn’t tell us that we had money left in our escrow. Received a letter in February stating that we had unclaimed funds and how to file a document in order to receive said funds. Did that twice and they still sent the $ to the state. Borrowers beware. Terrible customer care and lack of fiduciary responsibility.
I recently used RP funding to refinance my home. Their staff are knowledgeable and respond quickly to any question I had.
