If I could give this place zero stars I would. They made us wait all day after giving us a time to come into the shop to get our car repaired. Horrible customer service. The guy doesn’t know what he’s doing, he ordered the wrong car parts then made us wait an hour just to tell us that the car part he ordered was the wrong one.
HONESTLY THE BEST SPOT IN THE HOOD. TRUSTWORTHY & INFORMATIVE
I brought my Kia Sorento in for an oil change it was some successfully and I also had an issue with the gear, which was stuck in the park position. The technician ordered the necessary parts, and his team worked diligently to fix my car in less than four hours. Thank you, Rudy, and your team for the great job!
Expensive used tires. Certain workers need training on customer service. Def not worth it.
