Ordered parts from Banks for my 2024 ram 2500. Patrick and his crew did a excellent job on truck. Very friendly and answered any questions asked. I would recommend him to anyone.
Strongly advise not to take your truck here. They have two of my trucks there. One they have had for over one year and one coming up on four years and neither are close to being repaired. One excuse after another. Have paid over seven thousand dollars and no end in sight. Always saying it will be ready next week. Sorriest business man around in my opinion.

Will not be going back took my truck to have water pump done picked truck up and check engine light on and had to fix the problem myself and I've been waiting on my ball joints that I paid for, its been over a year.
