This was a bad experience from start to finish. She billed us for a consultation without telling us or giving us a rate first. She promised to get us through the refiling our case with an excessive $20k retainer, but came nowhere close. She went missing for 2 months at a time, and apparently billed US to refresh her memory each time. She billed us for several overwritten multiple paragraph email responses to very basic questions.
