She poked and burned my eyes refused to take it off and had over 7 lashes coming off before I left

I went to see Rozi today for eyebrow threading and a tint! Absolutely amazing amazing work. This was my first eyebrow tint ever and I am beyond satisfied with the results! It only took 15 mins!!! Of course I will be back!!! Her studio is very chic and nice!!!
Okay. So have been here 2x in the past 30 days, once for eyebrow threading which wasn’t bad and the second time for eyebrow threading and tinting, and eyelashes. While the place is clean and relaxing, I was pleased with the results of the threading and tinting (had to tell her that I don’t do black or dark brown, but prefer a light brown not blond color), the lashes was the issue. Only 5 stars if Rozi is there. Evidently she’s out of the country. The lady that’s covering for her will ruin your brows.
