Dr. Shahal was very thorough and very knowledgeable with the right expertise! I called mid October and we were offered an appointment by early November. We got the detailed report and recommendations a month after. He called to clarify and gain details to give an accurate report. Dr. Rosenblatt, swiftly took us in and did the work required that other places neglected and took years to do. From appointment to testing, and testing to results it was an impressive fast pace. His results are in correlation with all the agencies we’ve been through but it is now all in one updated report. Made the appointment and was seen in a timely manner. We were met at the entrance and led inside by the doctor himself. He was attentive and understood our needs. He was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns. He is straight to the point and clear. He asked questions to make sure we were all on the same page. Easy communication, this is a skill that many lack these days. I appreciate his direct approach and his expertise. This was a positive experience.
