Ms Tracie was so patient, friendly and explained things for me to understand. Dr Rozen explained my situation and provided me with a good solution to help me . And very friendly
From the moment I walked in, it felt like home. All the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I needed to transfer from another ortho because they were closing and they made an exception to see me here. They helped me immediately and were very reasonable. Can’t thank them enough!
All of my 3 sons had their teeth straightened by Dr. Rozen and his staff. The best place to do it if you live nearby!
Not honoring their commitment The total price was locked at the time of agreement. We asked explicitly for any hidden charges but answer was no. Subsequently, Rozen clinic started charging us on the account of broken brackets. Moreover, they also increase the price of broken brackets charges unilaterally. Broken brackets were covered in the total cost the understanding given, since it happened occasionally that kid would break couple of brackets and cost of the material would be minimalistic for the brackets but they charge ... read more
