Rozen construction was great to work with. Kevin is very detailed and actually listens to what you want and does everything he can to understand your vision. As with any large project there were some minor hiccups along the way, but Kevin was always responsive and willing to work with us, or get a problem resolved. He worked great with us for timing things to let us know how progress was going and allowed for me to install over 2,000 feet of Cat6 networking cable before the drywall went up. Working with Kevin has been great. He works very hard to ensure you are getting what you want and really cares about the quality of the work done. As with any large project there were some hiccups, but he was always willing to help resolve the issue.

We hired Rozen construction to remodel the exterior of our home, reside, reroof, add a covered porch and replace our old windows. When they finished the job, we hired them the next year to add our new attached garage.
