Been taking my vehicles to Rozemas over the last few months when issues arise or an oil change is needed. Their customer service is outstanding. The front office is pleasant, kind, and thorough. The communication is outstanding. I will continue to bring my cars to Rozemas.

Quotes prices far above what they cost. Labor cost is ok, and they diagnose well, but their almost 75% inflation of parts costs is an absolute money grab. About a year ago they tried to charge me almost 3K ($1,500 in parts) to do my water pump on my 2018 Audi Q5. The parts cost straight from the Audi dealer on 28th street was less than $800 for every single part number included in their quote. Staff and team were very professional well organized, and great to deal with. After getting the work I need it done on my son’s car quoted at the dealer, I decided to try a local alternative with Rozema. I was required to pay for a I was required to pay for an inspection that I didn’t want or feel needed. This is fine and amount was not excessive.
