The staff at Rozema’s Care Care are top notch. The office staff are on top of communication, the certified technicians do a thourough inspection and make other reliable suggestions- I needed an oil change & new battery, in addition to my brakes. I am thankful that they were able to make reliable recommendations to get my car in shape for winter driving & save me from having to make arrangements for future service. Awesome customer service, I’d definitely recommend using Rozema’s. A little pricier than my local mechanic, but still a fair price and they actually care about you and your car.
Love this place! This is customer service like you not experience anywhere else! I love that I can go in for an oil change and they will check over the vehicle looking for any potential issues. Everyone is kind, friendly and super helpful! The loaner car option is so convenient and the ap they use for communicating with customers is awesome!
