This was first experience with Rosema’s and they did a great job! I was most impressed that they actually worked on the truck the morning of my appt. They found the issue, fixed it, and communicated well!
My brakes went out and I could not get my car in anywhere, Rozema got me in the next business day and the brakes are working great
The work done was fine and as expected. Pricing is much higher than others in the area for diagnostics, and the diagnostic fee ($190) was not waived for getting the problem fixed at their shop. This was the first shop I’ve been to where the fee was so high and not waived. I appreciate rapid response and understand the reason of the diagnostic fee but noticed a review by Pierre from 2 months ago that also acknowledged he had a diagnostic fee but it was waived since your shop did the repair????
Fair Pricing?? After I told them to explain the itemization of a project that should cost max $1500 (they wanted to charge me $5500) they immediately apologized and reduced it $3,000. I provided invoices from other mechanics and Nicole/ Ally claimed that the parts were OEM and warrantied. so like any other mechanic? They threw in additional charges in case something that amounted to over $500 broke when working on it. These guys are jokes who are not afraid to take advantage of you.
