Had a great experience at Rozema’s Car Care! I went in for an oil change and was really impressed with how detailed they were in both the report and explaining their findings. Melissa, my service advisor, was knowledgeable and made everything easy to understand. I truly appreciate their honesty and feel confident trusting them with my vehicle moving forward. Highly recommend!
Awful. The diagnostic scan was overpriced and missed several crucial issues. I was not able to apply the diagnostics to any repair. They jumped to the worst case scenario without ruling out other possible causes of my issue. I had to take my car to the dealership who fixed the issue and it was far less expensive and complicated. Even if what Rozma’s quoted me will be needed in the future the price I received from the dealership was half the cost of what this shop esrimated. Great service, fair and upfront pricing and work done right
I have a 71 Monte Carlo that I just completed a 3 1/2 year body off the frame restoration. I brought it to Rozemas to get an alignment. Kory and Melissa made sure everyone was very careful with the car and it was not left outside overnight. Everything turned out great. Thank you from a somewhat picky and pesky customer, Eric
