Such a wonderful salon with incredible and skilled crew all across . Thank you Soo-Ji for taking such a special care of my Mum, who arrives with dry and damaged hair after European cold winter and returns back with shiny, glossy and healthy hair. Grateful!
Lovely place, friendly staff, but I might suggest a bit of training in soft blending techniques, got quite I messy job on the top of my head, looks a bit like a zebra:)
I have been coming to Frank Provo for many years now. The salon is warm and welcoming and they use high quality Keratase products for my hair (very thick and prone to fizziness in the humid weather) and have introduced me to the wonders of K18 and metal detox. My son who has much straighter softer hair uses Sooji who cuts his hair best. I use Brooklyn and the sadly just departed Serena both of whom always give me a great cut and transforming blow drys as well as great company. Not impressed they were not very professional they were speaking in another lanquage and laughed because i was worried when I sow them removing hair from my head to test I never had such experience and shown my concern so for them to laugh about as they were doing the coloring on it and speak in another language was extremly rude to say the list as I genuinly been concerned when I sow them cutting from my head two sets of hairs pieces.As i said i have fine hair and to have even less was a concerm and definally was not nice o... read more
Franck Provost Rozelle is a highly professional salon that provides a quality service. I’ve been coming to this salon for over a year and would not go anywhere else. My stylist, Soo Ji is caring and creative and knows a great deal about colour techniques and hair cutting to suit my needs and style. All the staff are at the top of their profession with excellent knowledge and skills. The products are of the highest quality and used to optimal effect. I highly recommend this salon.
