ABSOLUTE ROCK STAR! Never thought I would have ever needed a breast plastic surgeon but found myself looking in June unexpectedly. From the moment I walked in the office in Phoenix I was at ease. Emma explained everything to me clearly and Dr. Torabi went through what the procedure details with clarity and ease of understanding. I’m almost 2 weeks post op and I’ve never had a stitch of pain and my boobs look awesome lol Will recommend him to anyone who is looking or in need of his services. I can’t thank you enough.
I am leaving a negative review about this plastic surgery clinic. I really wanted to get advice over the phone, asked a few simple questions, but the staff couldn't explain anything clearly—only general phrases and no specifics. Moreover, they were extremely rude to me, and I felt like an unwanted customer. After such “service,” I do not recommend this clinic to anyone, and I will never contact them again, even for the simplest consultation. Terrible quality of service!
This is a review for the intake team, specifically Emma. I have been seeking out PS consults for recon options and Emma blew me away with her customer service and communication style. Extremely kind and knowledgeable. I appreciate how the office prepares a patient for the first consult with information upfront both verbally and via email, to prepare questions ahead of time and to do research. Makes everything a bit less daunting.
When I met Dr Rozbeh Torabi for the first time, I had been living with an infected nasolabial implant for over three months. At that very first consult, he removed my oozing infected implant with incredible proficiency. I was expecting to have a scar afterwards, but all I was left with was a couple of now barely visible stitches. Dr Torabi is calm, kind, cautiously confident and caring AND he knows what he is doing. What a treasure! 🌹
