They offered $75 TONU for a box truck cancellation — a clear lowball against the industry norm of $150. When we asked for fair compensation, they threatened us not to give loads in future. Avoid this broker if you value fairness and respect.

Rozafa needs to hire better people! Melissa Roethemeyer (she calls herself a “Coordination Specialist”) is absolutely unprofessional. She has a very demanding and controlling attitude toward carriers. I wish the best for this company, as they do have a decent amount of freight and customers, but Melissa is not helping anything!! Rozafa, its carriers, and its customers would be better off if she was re-trained or fired.
