Horrible service, absolutely the worst! Channels keep dropping & they raise the price without your permission constantly. Went from $139 a month to $204 all in last 18 months.
Direct TV only looks for new clients, they have no want to keep existing clients at all. All of there only packages they advertise are for new clients and there existing clients can get those packages but at a higher rate. Confusion sets in. I thought the idea was to get and keep clients. Making your pre existing clients pay more is crazy, offer them the same deal or give them a better one, they no longer have equipment fees so we charge them more for there plans is that how you see it, someone should really think harder abo... read more
