Certainly: "The initial error was being too lax, and despite my subsequent instruction for emphasis on the back neck and beard lines, the situation did not improve. Regrettably, it has worsened, with three prominent spots on my back neck, likely permanent. My decision to undergo laser treatment was not to enhance my appearance but has resulted in a permanent disruption to my neck hairline. I advise against investing time and money at this establishment

I have done my laser hair removal treatments here back in 2019 with Mrs. Farah! It was an absolutely amazing experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and the sweetest person. She goes all the way to make sure that you are as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the session, and she works carefully to make sure that she covers all areas each session.
