I frequently read our reviews at Roytec, and was surprised at the last review. I want people that consider working here to keep in mind that these reviews aren’t always based on what really happens. I have been with Roytec for 24 years, and like any job it has its good and bad, but overall Roytec is a great place to work. Read the reviews before working at roytec. They are CORRECT! Favoritism at it's finest. An the supervisors are VERY RUDE WITH POOR LEADERSHIP. Especially on there night shift. Management definitely needs to fix the issue to further roytec in the right direction if they want to keep good and hard worker's.
