Rob and his crew created and installed a new bathroom for us!!! AMAZING JOB!!! We are so happy with it!!! Also helped us with the ventilation in our other bathroom including the removal of wet and damaged insulation. And finally they were VERY helpful in getting to the bottom of a musty smell that we kept getting in our house. LOVE THESE GUYS!!! We have recommended them to several of our friends and we give them the highest recommendation whenever anyone asks.
I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY AND OCT.3 ROB CAME TO HOUSE TO VIEW THE JOB AND GIVE A PRICE ON IT. HE GAVE A POSITIVE VIEW ON THE WORK AND WAS TO CONTACT ME IN A FEW DAYS TO GIVE A COST FOR THE JOB. I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I WROTE ROYSTON AND CALLED ROYSTON TWICE. AS AT OCT.19, I HAVE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THIS OUTFIT. We had a flood from the top floor, through our main floor and into the basement. Royston group was used by our insurance company for emergency clean up and we had the option to use them to manage the restoration. As our kitchen area had to be partially gutted we decided on extra renovations at the same time. Despite the Covid-19 pandemic, they helped organize the restoration in a safe manner, were incredibly respectful, while getting the job done.
