Over 600 calls in 2 days and now on hold for over ten minutes with the phone just ringing to be told I can be offered a appointment at priory campus. I don't drive and have young children hence my drs being in my village. How is it fair that I can't get through so just can't get an appointment

this surgery is a joke they need more staff to handle the calls i made 50 calls still couldn’t get through ….the appointment system should work for people who actually have a job we can’t sit there all morning on redial . Hence why i changed docs

Made 449 calls from 08.30 till 09.15 before getting through to the receptionist only to be told that there was no appointments available, if your condition gets worse to go to the walk in center at Wakefield. Our doctors surgery is the worst in the country and it’s about time it got sorted out

I've always found staff to be helpful and willing to go above and beyond when necessary to diagnose complex issues.
