I had several projects done by Royson's such as replacing old or broken tile, laying hardwood to connect two original rooms, laying vinyl in a new room, and building the wall foundations and tiling around a new tub. In all cases, the work was done very professionally, and I'm really pleased with the results. There was a minor booboo, but it was corrected immediately both professionally and responsibly. Wonderful folks, patient, and knowledgeable, great selection of products
Had our floors refinished. We asked for gloss and we got a satin at best. I don’t know what is wrong with this floor, but it is almost impossible to even wash out any scuff marks. The floor always looks filthy no matter how much I wash it and I am using Bona so it is not the product. I believe it is the product they used to finish the floor. They struggled with it and had to put four coats. It just looks awful and I am so disappointed.
Great flooring, alot of options. Beware! Do not use this flooring company if you have any plans of changing flooring in the future. Once they put it down its down for good. Know first hand as an installer. Had to change the flooring once for a new customer. I wasn't happy to find out I was the one ripping it out something roysons had installed.
