Had problems getting them to show up on appointment dates…..When they did show up they left a pipe cut flooding my basement…..Had to call again to have them fix it…..when they came out they flooded my basement again…then once they finally got everything repaired they shot past their quote…..the bill had no break down on parts or labor even though I requested it……I got a new bill with still no break down of parts or labor so know idea what I really paid for…….the bill did state I had a new furnace installed which I didn’t…….n... read more
