Had problems getting them to show up on appointment dates…..When they did show up they left a pipe cut flooding my basement…..Had to call again to have them fix it…..when they came out they flooded my basement again…then once they finally got everything repaired they shot past their quote…..the bill had no break down on parts or labor even though I requested it……I got a new bill with still no break down of parts or labor so know idea what I really paid for…….the bill did state I had a new furnace installed which I didn’t…….n... read more
We’ve had them at our house for several days now and our septic line is still flooding our basement. The young men who have been here were kind and professional. However, they just left our house without informing me if the work was done and if/when they’d return. Because we weren’t spoken to before they left we weren’t able to tell them we would be going out of town the next afternoon and we would need them here in the morning so we could continue with our trip. The technician came from Olney to Flora to service my plumbing. He was here within 4 hours of my initial call. He had the issue resolved within 1 hour. And the price was fair. Very pleased with their service. Thank you.
