Their vehicles prominently display partisan slogans and ideological messaging, which may appeal to some customers but is off-putting to others seeking a neutral, service-focused business. Additionally, I observed one of their trucks transporting a pronghorn carcass with flesh still on it. Seeing animal remains in a company vehicle used for residential service was unsettling and raised concerns about cleanliness and judgment.
Brandon and his team are exceptional. I had a return call, service call and repair in an hour. The prices were great,response time was exceptional, and service was top tier! I'm a very happy customer and would definitely recommend!!!
Royse Heat & Air was recommended to me by several people. I appreciate that he got here quickly, he promptly fixed my problem, and charged me a more than reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them in the future.
I had another company come out and look at an older AC unit in a house I just bought. Cleaned it and said it was working great. Not the case when we moved in. I call Royse heating and air he came out the next day. Found the problem and fixed it. Grateful we still have trustworthy people that do not try to rob you.
Of all times for our heater to stop working it was this week when temperatures are at record breaking numbers. I was scared I wouldn't be able to find anyone on such short notice with the icy weather we had in our area all week. I called Royse Heating and Air and spoke with Brandon. He made arrangements to come to our house promptly and was very friendly, personable, professional and through. He really cared about finding the issue and fixing it for us.
