Gym just presented a member appreciation day inviting friends and family. Great food, games with rewards for kids, and strength contest events for the adults. The fireman run gave a great workout. The staff are great and high motivators. I'm signed up to do the truck pull Royse City Fitness is sponsoring this October.

I love going. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I try to get there everyday. It isn't a 24 hour high energy gym but it great for this small town. It is home owned. I like the personal feeling and not that you have to be "perfect" to work out there. I have found other gyms to be uninviting because of a person's size but I don't feel that at all here. I have never even met anyone there that wasn't nice. Jill

I enjoy the aerobic/yoga/pilates classes very much. Extremely knowledgeable instructor that is also very encouraging and motivating. Excellent machines and atmosphere. I like the raquetball and basketball room a lot. They make really good smoothies also. The only thing that would make this place better would be a lap pool.

Awesome personalized gym with experience trainers with years of experience. It show! I've received so much knowledge and motivation to reach my goals with no added cost. I've lost 102 pounds and have kept it off with a new lifestyle for two years. I see serious builders in the gym that I thought would intiminate me, but realize they are reaching different goals. It's unique how the gym gets all of us to praise each other. I'm excited over their success in contest.
