During the 2-3 months we have lived here, overall everything is ok. However, there are a couple of things that are not as satisfying as other apartments I have been with before. 1. Before I moved into the apartment, I actually signed the contract more than 1 month ago. the management team/maintenance team should have enough time to fix everything needed for us to move in. This business is far and away, the worst management company in Champaign. Maintenance was unhelpful and I was charged made up fees when I left, resulting in them taking all of my security deposit and billing me $150. Their places are literally falling apart, as I had a piece of plaster fall on me while I was in the shower. They blamed me for it and it showed up in my charges when I left. Avoid at all costs!
