Call see about replacing my frontheadlights and they quote me the most outrageous amount. When I question it, I was told oh we have use name brand part at $300 each when you can get parts for $87.00 each. I did not buy a used car to buy name brand parts. I really like the fact when they tell me , oh if it's not the name brand part it probably won't fit I thought california was a rip off state but I guess I was wrong.
This is a top notch shop. I hit a deer in my Tacoma and they did an incredible job on the repair. Truck was returned cleaner than when I brought it in, which was a pleasant surprise. Customer service was excellent, start to finish. Highly recommend.
I called to inquire about getting my truck fixed through insurance. I sent over the estimate, and the shop wanted to call travelers and confirm how much wiggle room they had for supplemental work. I received a call back and they confirmed they could work on my truck. My insurance arranged to have the truck towed from the lot to the shop. I cannot say enough good things about this shop and their staff. Came in under the estimate, which was huge as I was paying out of pocket. My car got such white glove care- she was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked her up. If you go anywhere else, you'll be missing out!
Fantastic shop, great communication, great work. My car got rear-ended at a red light, had an insurance quote in 48 hours and all repairs done in less than 2 weeks. Paint work here is fantastic.
