It was a great service. Brian was very helpful as well as the lady at the reception. Our car was hit by the deer and driver side door wouldn’t open at all because of the dent. I called at 7:05 in the morning asked for the appointment, lady at the reception said to come ASAP. I was there by 7:40 and Brian fixed the door by 7:55 AM. They didn’t charge anything at all. Thanks Brian!!

I randomly stopped in at Roy's today to get a quote on how much to repair the "oops" I had on my nice new car. I am stunned. Brian looked at my car, took it back in the shop, and performed MAGIC! I hope I never need your services again (fingers crossed!), but if I do, you will definitely be the auto body shop I choose. Thanks again for your amazing service!
I have an older car but still wanted it to look nice. Chris was able to identify a fix that wasn’t overly expensive. He kept me up-to-date with pictures and texts. The work was done in one day and I am extremely happy with the results. I told a friend about my experience and her response was, “It is nice to know there are good people in the world.” Roy employs good people that provide great customer service and make your car look amazing!
