Amazing job by Carlos and his team at Roy's Restoration for getting our a much needed update! They completely opened up and transformed our outdated kitchen and bathrooms. They also updated our bedrooms with new doors and closets, put in new carpets and baseboards, added a pantry and installed a bar top. The place looks amazing and we are very happy! Thank you Roy's Restoration!!
Carlos did a great job of getting a water leak fixed in the ceiling of my bathroom ! We had to remove the drywall ceiling, put in a new section of pipe to replace the leaking pipe, and then put the new drywall in to replace the ceiling that was removed. All work was done in a timely manner and ceiling looks good as new, Overall, my experience with Roy's Restoration has been delightful. I appreciated the great communication and friendly staff. Roy's Restoration are great! Carlos came over and clearly laid out everything that my roof needs at a really good price! I didn't end up doing the roofing yet but they did a great job replacing the skylight in my home! I will definitely give them a call when I am ready to get the roof replaced. I highly recommend using Roy's Restoration service!
My brief experience with Roy's Restoration was great. Just backing up what others have said. Carlos came to our house to do a competitive bid on a remediation job. He did some moisture readings (which the other company did not do) and basically said we didn't need his services. He suggested another course of action that made a lot of sense, and then left without collecting a dime. Carlos is friendly, professional, and clearly has the highest integrity. Thank you Roy's Restoration for being such an honest business.
I had what I thought was water stains in all of my ceilings. Carlos came out promptly to check it out. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He immediately knew it was soot stains from burning candles and not water stains. I was so relieved. He made my day.
