Very poor customer communication and unwilling to do muffler repair and other services most shops do. Offer. Don't waste your time with calling this shop
Highly recommend Roy. Brought a busted rad to him that cost 1700 new. He said it was beyond repair but he gave it a go anyway and got it done. Cost me 250 and works like new.
I took my red and for repair on Friday and it was ready by Monday happy with the service.
