Over the years I have had a few plumbing emergencies and they have been quick to respond.
Called and asked for a quote for a hot water tank, I was sent an email with an estimate that only included the total price ( over $4000) I agreed to the cost but I responded to the email asking for a breakdown in the price ( parts and labour) as I was just curious what the tank cost vs the labour. I was told by the lady who quoted me that she wouldn't do that because she had already given me the best price and if she broke it down for me the estimate would be higher and to take her word for it that if additional labour time ... read more
