Stay away from here! After paying $2000 for a dry rot repair I got home and discovered the rot was just covered up and not repaired (the damage was already exposed when taken to Roy's). He said it was a miscommunication with his employee. i did not get angry just stated I paid to have this done right. He swore it would be. His repair entailled lots of liquid nails and staples to reattach the fiberglass sides to rotten wood and using black erosion control fabric to replace the waterproof membrane he cut away from the bottom. ... read more
