Needed some brake work done. Called this business & left a message explaining what I needed done. Didn't't hear anything so I used their own website to schedule an appointment. Clicked the category of work needed & it took me to checkout. Paid the $75 fee figuring they'd contact me to schedule the appointment and still nothing. Contacted them again thru their website as well as leaving a message on the contact phone number. After posting a negative review, AutoDoc contacted me & refunded my $75.
