Fantastic experience! The service was quick, professional and hassle-free, and the customer service was outstanding. My car’s air conditioning is now blowing beautifully cold and working better than ever. I’m very impressed with the quality of Roy's work and how smoothly everything was handled. Roy gave an excellent service from start to finish! He was friendly, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He completed the air-conditioning regas efficiently, explained everything clearly, and my car’s air conditioning is now working perfectly, nice and cold again! The service was smooth, the price was fair, and the overall experience couldn’t have been better. I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone needing car air-conditioning service. I called Roy on Monday regarding an A/C issue and he was immediately helpful. He explained a common fault related to the compressor solenoid, said he’d check whether he had the part, and if not would source it. He came out on Wednesday, properly diagnosed the system and confirmed that it simply needed a regas and no unnecessary parts or upselling. Straightforward, honest service.
