First time I’ve taken my vehicle. Had terrible experiences at other places. In Pasco I had taken my vehicle 3 times to the same place and come to find out they had lied to me about the services being performed and even kept new parts I had taken them and they just left the old ones in. From the first phone call to final pick up Jason at Roy’s garage is honest, polite, efficient, caring, flexible and so much more. He doesn’t beat around the bush and is upfront about all problems. His prices are the best in the area, not to mention he goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of. Wish I could rate 100/5 stars!
Jason is always fantastic. Straightforward and honest. Best price and quality of work I have experienced. He is always my first call if I have a car problem, and my first referral if anyone needs anything for their vehicle.
Jason took incredible care of my automotive needs. Recently I have been getting burned by a couple mechanics and I was referred to these guys. Just as promised he services things perfectly, in the same day, went the extra mile to do other things for my truck and all for a really fair price. Some mechanics will nickel and dime you. Not these guys. Already scheduling a second appointment!
