After only 3 years of purchasing what we were told were real leather recliners, this is what my chair looks like. Real leather may wear but not tear like this. When discussing with the manager, she told me part of the chair are not real leather (so lied to) and to go to a furniture recovering store to get it fixed at my expense.
We got a new dish washroom use it one and broke then no help at all sand us to call manufacture very very desapoint
I had a great experience shopping at Roy's Furniture store in Sudbury. I was able to order a custom sized sofa at a reasonable price. The sales lady was super awesome and everything went exactly as they said. It is a family owned business not a chain store and it shows. I will definitely shop there first from now on.
Be lower if I could.
