If I could give this place a negative 4 million I would. I have been there many times. It takes 15-20 minutes on average for anyone to notice you exist. I was there a month ago to buy a couch. I found the couch, picked the fabric and stood in line to check out. No one, not one person helped me. After calling to try and get them to retroactively give me a 10% 4th of a July discount I was treated like garbage by JoAnne, the owner. She hung up on me repeatedly and canceled my order.
