I understand running a business is difficult these days, but these guys didn't show for the agreed day to start and then ghosted me when I called and texted them about it. They even texted the night before to confirm the appointment and then didn't show, didn't answer the phone and didn't return text messages. I would have understood if there were staffing or health issues or whatever, but wasting my time and disappearing without any form of communication is unacceptable.
