The Club has been using Roy’s for years we’ve always had great service!

I find the company very unprofessional. Every year my daughter’s hockey team is forced to spend hundreds of $$ at this store. Last year I purchased a jersey in August and received it in mid January. The season is over in March. When I asked for a discount or store credit they would not do anything. For me Recently I purchased a 100$ hoodie. I purchased a size to big so I asked to exchange it for a size smaller, tags and everything still on the hoodie. The company would not accept an exchange.
