I find the company very unprofessional. Every year my daughter’s hockey team is forced to spend hundreds of $$ at this store. Last year I purchased a jersey in August and received it in mid January. The season is over in March. When I asked for a discount or store credit they would not do anything. For me Recently I purchased a 100$ hoodie. I purchased a size to big so I asked to exchange it for a size smaller, tags and everything still on the hoodie. The company would not accept an exchange. Awful place. Did not receive our order in full. Our son's season ended so we asked for a refund for the missing goods. Our request was met with complete rudeness. Avoid this place at all costs. They are rude, the quality is not the greatest and the service is awful. I have never written a negative review in my life. The customer service at Roy's motivated me to do so this time.
