Called in to see if they could troubleshoot a motor issue on a concrete grinder. The guy suggested the belt could be slipping instead of a motor issue. Turns out he was right. Saved me a few hours as well as some $. Hard to find this kind of service these days. Kindness and competence with a customer first attitude. I was so impressed.
