My van broke down this morning and my son and I were stranded. Roy stopped and helped calm me down and charged my battery. He then followed me to Auto Zone to make sure we made it there. He didn’t have to do any of that! Thank you!
Roy and his guys are whom you wanna go to trust. They are great guys and if you ask they'll gladly show you what's wrong with your car not just tell you about it.
Roy and his guys are really professional. They never once tried upselling and kind of parts, and from the start offered to let me source my own parts which saved a ton of money and allowed me to make sure I get what I need. My truck drives great and everything works as it should. I would love to give a 5 star rating however there was some lacking of attention to detail that could have caused a mess if I did not find it. Regardless if there is any job I can not handle I have no problem sending my vehicle to Roy’s auto.
After dealing with many mechanics over the years, I've finally found one that is trustworthy and completes excellent work. Roy is professional, easygoing, and knows his shit. He has certainly earned my business and I'll surely let my friends and family know where to go when they have the need. Thanks Roy!
