We had our car repaired at Roy's today. Excellent customer service! He even gave us a ride home when he heard we were going to walk home. Our car was fixed and back to us very quickly.
Wonderful service. Needed a tire plugged and the got me right in. Very customer forward.
Always so helpful and very caring for his customers does great would definitely recommend.
The service was fast and efficient. They walked me through what repairs were done and what things are not an issue now, but could be a potential problem in the future. I will definitely return for my service needs.
My van broke down this morning and my son and I were stranded. Roy stopped and helped calm me down and charged my battery. He then followed me to Auto Zone to make sure we made it there. He didn’t have to do any of that! Thank you!
