I asked for a price on a vehicle they had in stock on a Friday. After two pushy abrasive Saturday phone calls, and half a dozen unprofessional text messages Saturday where the salesperson (Janice) sent unreadable photos of her monitor from her phone in lieu of details, I was still chasing the salesperson Tuesday for a price. I leased my car from Roy’s last year and have had nothing but great experiences ever since. Huge shout out to Fred, the sales manager — truly one of the best out there. Professional, honest, and easy to talk to — he made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. And I can’t forget Nate, the best chauffeur around!
