"I recently had the worst experience at this auto Shop . From the moment I walked in, the staff was unprofessional and uninterested in helping me. I tried to explain the issue with my car, but they were dismissive and seemed annoyed by my questions. When I asked for clarification on the repair estimate, the service advisor was condescending and unwilling to explain the charges. Throughout the entire process, I felt disrespected and ignored.
