I had a great experience at Roys Auto Glass. They charged much less than a dealership to replace a side view mirror. They were professional and pleasant throughout the process, from calling to inquire, to the day I had the glass installed. As a bonus, one of the women who works here alerted me to the fact that there was an airbag recall on my vehicle! I was able to get that recalled airbag replaced the next day at the dealership - who hadn't themselves told me that I had an active recall!
Excellence in customer service is alive and well at Roy's Auto Glass! They use the proper materials and procedures to make sure the job is done right, instead of taking cost-savings shortcuts that could affect the quality and durability of the repair. They go out of their way to make their service convenient for you! Even received a follow-up phone call to make sure all was well. (rare these days) Highly recommended.
