Heard good things about this body shop. Went to call to use their services and received the below: Called them, person picked up, and didn't say a word when they picked up. I waited a few seconds to wait for a greeting, got none. I said "hello" and was hung up on. Called back, they picked up and immedietly hung up before I could even get a word in. Called a third time, assuming some form of technical issues on their part, they picked up, I could hear their TV in the background, and yet refused to answer myself at all.
