So far it's been a scam of a ride with a land lord at this park. Renter paid $2900.00 $500.00 deposit included in that amount.to cover 3 month lease in full. Was told to move stuff out ( before ever even staying there) been 3 weeks $2900.00 still has not been returned. Reason for eviction... Land lord won the lottery & said bought a new house, actual owner of property has new tenants to move in now. Be careful dealing with this park. This was at lot 36. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option to post.

This park has been here forever. And they do keep up with it. Not a bad place to live.
