Called in the morning and they came same day and have the furnace working great. Technician was super friendly and respectful of our home

I can't express enough my appreciation for the service I received. They were quick and responsive. The job I needed done was not at all easy, involving an old farm house a crawl space and a lot of muck. The two plumbers were beyond professional and skilled, despite what my old house put them through. For how much this involved, the price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend his company. Ashley Burns here in Drayton Valley. So I called Roy'l at 8am this morning in a panic at my sceptic backing up last night, and Noah was here at 8.15 (kid you not). An hour later my new pump is installed (the electrics & plugs had burned out and it was old anyway) inc. the pipe cutting and fitting etc. and I am all good and it works a treat. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, it's the third or fourth time they have been out to my acreage for various things, and they are always brilliant and Roy himself is so patient... read more
We just bought a house in town , love the house but wow is it ever a warm house .Called Roy’L Flush late Friday afternoon , they had me hooked up in 3 days with an air conditioner . Now I’m looking forward to the summer heat ! Highly recommend this company!! Looks like we are going to have a lot of hot weather , give them a call to make your summer better !
