This went from a 5-star review to a 1-star review, which is incredibly disappointing because this office used to be great. There seems to be a very high turnover rate among staff, and unfortunately, the level of patient care and basic respect for patients’ time has gone downhill significantly. I have had appointments rescheduled multiple times—sometimes without anyone even speaking to me first.
