I would strongly not recommend Royer Body Shop. There service is unprofessional & unacceptable! How I was treated was beyond shocking & it doesn't seem like it will be changing anytime soon. The owner Joe Royer did apologize for how we were treated but didn't seem to be doing anything to change how his front staff handles herself. i.e., A local faI am a 22 year old female. I recently took my car to Royer's Body Shop after occurring front end damage. AAA Car Insurance recommends this body shop for Burlington Iowa residents. The owner gave me the repair estimate that listed all parts replaced. One of these parts was the air conditioner condenser. Don't ever go to this Body Shop, they do terrible work, lie on their invoices, commit insurance fraud, and your car still doesn't work properly when you pick it up. They are extremely unprofessional and should not be approved to do any incusrance work at all.
