I don't normally write a bad review. This review is purely to remind others not to experience what we experienced with this company. We purchased one off the plan townhouse in Mango Hill QLD from them just a year ago. It's going to be settled next month or soon. Well guess what? They are going to terminate our contract before settlement and reissue a new contract with new price $100K more (not negotiable). Much more than bank valuation!! I wouldn't buy from them at all. Same thing happened to me as Dominic (see his review below). They run the business solely on greed! This should be reported to the media.
