Dr. Chen is a BUTCHER. Avoid him. Go see anyone else in retina instead. Bad surgeon. Shocked that Columbia would have such a liability on staff. I am now in the care of a doctor who is seeing me monthly for the damage Dr. Chen did, which was totally avoidable. He ran over my ciliary nerves with a laser, and damaged my R eyelid (the levator muscle). He was angry that I knew this was malpractice. He called me "skeptical and difficult."
